Too much fear stops us in our tracks, immobilises us.

Fear can immobilise you and make you become scared of yourself or the world around you.

FEAR can stop you in your tracks Unable to see change coming Unable to work through change Unable to adapt to the change

FEAR can immobilise you and make you become scared of yourself or the world around you.

What fear are you unaware of? Once you are aware of it, you stop being frightened of it.

I’ve realised something about myself during this pandemic: I adapt to change very quickly, quicker than most. I can live in the present, think of others and see how I can help them, look at infinite ways to adapt to the change around me, use my talents etc as at that time I don’t feel the fear. Change ignites something in me that I love, the challenge to sort and fix. I’ve obviously learnt this skill through my own experiences in life.

BUT the fear does come. Boom 💥 it’s here! FEAR! And I have a time full of fearfulness (during this pandemic ‘shit I could catch this virus’) but the learnt skill will return and quieten that voice.

Too much fear stops us in our tracks, immobilises us. But a little bit of the stuff is good for us, making us see the change coming, making us want and move through change.
